Doug Penley Joins Lamb as Director of Sales for the Carolinas

New York, NY (February 8, 2021): Lamb Insurance Services (Lamb) announces the appointment of Doug Penley as the Director of Sales. Doug is responsible for all aspects of sales and distribution strategies and leading a team of client executives in the Carolinas, which is an expansion market for Lamb.

“Doug’s more than 20 years of experience in sales and claims leadership roles position him to lead our efforts to bring the most comprehensive insurance products and services to more nonprofit and social service organizations in the southern states,” said Josh Lamberg, CEO, Lamb Insurance Services. “His life-long commitment to volunteer his time for the good of nonprofits demonstrates his ability to understand and address the unique needs of these organizations.”

Doug earned a BSBA with a major in Risk and Insurance from Appalachian State University. He achieved the CPCU and ARM designations and is currently pursuing a CIC. Giving back to his local community is a passion for Doug, having most recently served on the Executive Board of the Triangle American Red Cross.
